Stretch redefines what anyone thought possible with a ball on a cord.
This ingenious cord design, when combined with the Swingback,
creates a ball flight that simulates someone hitting back to you.
And you control the return speed.
You can find the right setup for your ability
and the type of shot you want to practice.

A Base-Cord, a Mid-Cord, and a Ball-Cord, combine to create just the right ball return.  The cord attached to the ball (Ball-Cord) comes connected to top quality Penn practice balls.  These balls are unpressurized, don't lose their bounce over time, feature an extended-life pressureless core and durable felt.  Age appropriate balls are also available.  These balls maintain a good bounce also as they are produced with more flexible rubber compared to a regular ball.  These red, orange, or green age-stage balls are good setups for kids as well as beginning adults.  The green dot ball provides players lots of realistic reps without stressing the arm, and provides a soft hit for anyone dealing with an injury.
     Balls don't tear, cords
are durable and designed such that if a break does occur it is at the ball, allowing for an easy retie.  When a ball eventually wears out, simply tie a new ball on to the end of the cord, or attach a new cord+ball to the mat.   Check out the instructions page for use information.
